As a theater artist, Glenn has worked with numerous not-for-profit organizations in the performing arts realm including Playwrights Horizons, The Starlight Foundation, and ARTNY. He served as Co-Artistic Director and board member for Muse of Fire Theatre Company Inc., and was the creator of the Sirens Festival, dedicated to new works by women authors. Glenn has directed a number of stage plays for Phare Play Productions and worked as a theater professor at CUNY. He is a member of AEA, SAG, WG and The Dramatist Guild.
